Very disappointingly time caught up with all determined to move the 2017 opening date to Saturday 18 February 2017. A mighty effort to make this event happen, but unfortunately, not all elements of the event could be confirmed in time and there was no alternative but to withdraw the event from the calender.

A heartfelt apology to all involved and thank you to all who bent over backwards.

Still no definitive answers available. Pierre van der Westhuizen will relay final decision on Wednesday 15 February 2017.
