Apollo Brick Fields

Neels van Wyk have secured Apollo Brick Fields as venue for the next Rally Practice and the event promises to be quite interesting with fourteen cars committed at the time of writing.

Ashley Haigh-Smith will have the "Yellow Submarine" in attendance, the venue so close to Abacus farm he could walk should anything be required to fix the Mitsubishi Lancer GT1600. Lourens van Rensburg needs very little motivation to get behind the wheel of his 7Films / LLJ Racing Ford Fiesta R2 1600 and it just depends on where they are filming. John and Derick Clift will continue development of their Total Tara Open category Toyota Hilux and even "Chippie" is rumoured to bring the Toyota Tazz out of hibernation for the day.

There is supposed to be a surprise entry from up country which we will leave as surprise.

R250 per entry and you will be able to complete the 4.4km stage four times. This is not a competition, there will be no result, no trophies but there will be enough time to enjoy good company.

From Cape Town on the N7 towards Malmesbury you cannot miss the turn-off to the right for Apollo Brick Fields.
